A message from our leader...
Howdy y'all! My name is Rachel Voss. I have been a stylist since 2006, and am in love with the beauty industry! I worked at several salons before I realized my mind worked differently than other owners and even most of my coworkers. I knew there was a way to work in an organization that I loved, with people I enjoyed, and have the ability to have a family and be a great mom - BUT I had never experienced a salon like that! In 2016, I decided I was going to create my dream salon and team. My passion is creating systems and processes to help stylists grow and create a beautiful life for themselves and their families. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to coach and grow hundreds of stylists, and will continue to create a safe, healthy salon atmosphere that fosters long term team member success, happiness and a beautiful life.
